Your underwriter
Sees the real submission — nothing removed from what they review and sign.
Technology
Most steps are ordinary software (no AI bill). A language model is the last resort, counted, and never used to invent a fact. That is Zero Token Architecture — said simply: we do not pay an AI to do what a rule already can.
Zero Token Architecture
Most AI underwriting tools send every page to a language model (and pay for it). Rytera asks: can ordinary rules or a trained scorer do this? Most of underwriting can. So you get faster, cheaper, repeatable answers. When a language model is truly needed, the cost is counted and shown on the job. Every word, said simply.
Readers, matching numbers, COPE, your rate engine, and compliance rules do everything they can. No AI bill. Same answer twice.
0 AI cost · fully repeatableEight models score loss, fraud, churn, premium, book risk, and default — like a calculator, not a chatbot. No prompt. Same inputs, same output.

How it works
Click each stage to see how Rytera turns a submission into a decision: Sort the queue ranks files by appetite and severity, Check & Price verifies math and rates from your manuals, and You Decide prepares a recommendation ready for licensed sign-off.
A quiet promise
Every application includes names, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, and dates of birth. That is normal — and it is sensitive. Two paths, one gate:
Sees the real submission — nothing removed from what they review and sign.
Names and IDs are stripped out before any language model reads a page.
Security & paper trail
Locked files, who can see what, and a pack an examiner can read are built in — not bolted on after.
Each company’s work stays in its own lockbox. Social Security numbers, tax IDs, and dates of birth come off before any AI sees the page.
Only the right people in your company can open a file. Roles are written down. One company cannot see another’s jobs.
Every decision, every change you made, every outside data check ships in a sealed zip. Nobody can quietly rewrite the record.
A licensed underwriter signs. Who can sign what size of risk is written down. AI proposes. You dispose. Every change is recorded.
State regulatory engine
Rytera ships a compliance engine with 50 states + DC, line-specific rules for auto, property, liability, workers’ comp, life, health, cyber, marine, and more. Rate filing method, surplus-lines diligence, tort model, binder rules, and prompt-pay deadlines are checked before a memo goes bind-ready. Regulatory feeds from state DOIs, NAIC, and the Federal Register are polled and surfaced for staff review.
“Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.”
See it on your file
Bring one messy broker pack. We run it in practice mode — nothing binds until you say so. You still sign. We show you the memo, the math, and the paper trail.
