What we collect
When you request a demo or sign up, we collect the name, work email, company, and any message you give us. When your organization uses the Rytera dashboard, we process the submission files, structured data, and decisions your organization sends us on its behalf — that data belongs to you, not to us.
Names and private details come off before any AI sees a page
Before a submission reaches a language model, we strip Social Security numbers, tax IDs, dates of birth, and named individuals. Underwriters at your organization still see the full, real submission in the dashboard — the de-identification only applies to what the AI model itself receives.
How we use it
Demo-request details are used to contact you about a walkthrough and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Dashboard data is used only to run the underwriting, pricing, and compliance checks your organization configured, and to maintain the audit trail a regulator can request.
Who else sees it
We use infrastructure and model providers (cloud hosting, database, and language-model vendors) as sub-processors bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. De-identified text may pass through a language-model provider as described above. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The dashboard sets a session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site; if that changes, we will update this page and add a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS). Stored files are encrypted at rest. Access inside the dashboard is role-based, and every underwriting decision is logged with who made it and when.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, underwriting audit records). Email hello@ryterainc.com to make a request.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and, where required, notify you directly.
